The Comestero Group is under no obligation to input or use any Submission you may provide and Comestero Group may remove any Submission at any time at its own discretion.
By posting a Submission you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all rights to your Submission, as described in these Terms of Use, including, without limitation, all rights necessary for you to supply, post, upload, input or submit your Submissions.
In addition to the warranty and representation set forth above, posting a Submission enclosing images, photographs, pictures or other graphic material in whole or in part (“Images”), you warrant and represent that a) you are the copyright owner of such “Images”, or that the copyright owner of such “Images” has granted you permission to use these Images or the contents and/or the images contained in these Images, conforming with manner and purpose of use and as otherwise permitted by these Terms of Use and the website, that b) each person shown on these images (if relevant) has consented to its use, as set forth in the Terms of Use, including, by way of example and not as a limitation, the distribution, public display and reproduction of such Images.
By posting the Images you are giving permission to use your image in connection with the use, as permitted by these Terms of Use, in any of the services or material used in the website (including as example and not a limitation, making prints which include such Images).
You acknowledge that the Comestero Group does not pre-screen the Submissions, but the Comestero Group and its designees have the right (but not the obligation) at their own discretion to block or restrict access to, or the availability of, or the right to disable any Submission via the website. Without limiting the previous affirmation, the Comestero Group and its designees can disable, restrict access to or the availability of any Submission that violates the Terms of Use or is in any other way objectionable.
