2) How we collect personal information, why do we need it?
Customer data is collected, by phone, via fax or through our Internet website and is stored in our branches. The personal information is collected and registered partly on paper and partly on software , for explicit and legitimate ends shown below:

- Operating aims for the management of existing relationships with customers, suppliers etc. (e.g. to control the ongoing relationships with customers and collaborators, and to satisfy technical information and assistance).
- Access to our website gives the possibilty of finding the customer's IP address. 

3) Is it compulsory to confer personal information, what happens if you don't confer your information?
The conferment of necessary personal information for the above ends (normal management procedure), is not compulsory, but if refused could hinder the continuation of one or more of the agreed deals, or the possibility of stipulating new contracts.

The Comestero Group is committed to not comunicate or spread any information for commercial aims or to sell, or divide or surrender its bankdata.

5) What are your rights, how to assert them?
To assert your rights refer to our head office, as indicated on our website, in any way (e-mail, fax, letter).

Regarding the treatment of personal information you have therefore the right to:
• know what personal information we have at any moment and to know how it is being used.
• update, integrate, amend or cancel all information.
• ask for a suspension or be opposed to the treatment, sending a written request in any form (fax, e-mail, letter) to any of the addresses found in the section: Contact us.

In exercising such rights it is possible to confer, in writing, by delegation or by proxy any other person or association.

6) Who works with our personal information, who is responsible?
Every collaborator who is part of our network is responsible for the personal information that they work with. Requests however must be sent to the headquarters of the Comestero Group where they will be selected according to competence.

7) The Comestero Group is preparing a software security document that will be stored in its Gessate branch in order to describe the integrity of the protection and security of customer's information.

8) As for EXTERNAL LINKS we would like to inform you that to supply a complete service our website contains links to other websites managed by us or by associations or companies binded to us, or not managed by us at all. Comestero assumes no responsibility for the content or the privacy policies and practices of such websites.
